FAQ

Can I extend my Photo Page expiry date?
Photo Pages can be set to run for a maximum of three weeks.
While the page is running, you can change the expiry date at any time by visiting the Upload page, and selecting the Photo Page you wish to edit. From there you can change the expiry date to any date within three weeks of that day.
This allows you to keep your page running indefinitely, as long as you keep coming back to update the expiry date.
This ensures that ExtraPhoto pages remain as current as possible.

What happens when my Photo Page expires or is deleted?
Photo Pages are archived when they either reach the preset expiry date, or earlier if you choose to delete it on the Upload page.
The page will remain visible at this point, but the photos will be removed and a message will be shown advising that this Photo Page is now archived.
This stops users finding broken links if they visit your Photo Page from any source in the future.

What can I upload to ExtraPhoto?
You can use ExtraPhoto however you like.
This might mean you share images for an online auction, photos of a recent event to share with friends, or any other way you choose to use the service.
The main thing you must keep in mind is to only share images that you legally own or have permission to use. ExtraPhoto reserves the right to remove Photo Pages if they breach our terms of service or may be deemed offensive.

Why won't my photos upload?
Photos must be either jpg, gif, or png formats, and a maximum of 5MB in size.
If your photos meet these criteria and still won't upload, maybe try uploading fewer files at a time. If you still have trouble, please contact us at the link in the menu bar.
